Booking Policy

  • Check-in: 16:00 – 20:00
  • Check-out: 10:00
  • Campfires are permitted in the fire pits provided only, not on the ground.
  • We are a racehorse training centre, for your own safety you must not go in the fields where there are horses and do not feed them. On no account must food or any kind of litter be left in a horse paddock.
  • All bed linen and towels are included
  • Please respect our rule of quiet time from 23:00 – 08.00
  • No fireworks on site
  • A parking area is provided with parking of up to 4 cars. No cars are permitted beyond the parking area or in the Sleep Wild Glamping site.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the holiday start date will be subject to your 30% non-refundable deposit paid
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded
  • Cancellations made within 30 and 14 days will be refunded 50%
  • We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses
